In short: you can delete your account yourself, inside the App, in about ten seconds. Everything tied to your account is removed straight away and cannot be recovered by you or by us. If you no longer have the App installed, email support@cdevitsol.shop and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
1. Delete it yourself, in the App
- Open Fisch Values Calculator.
- Open the menu (☰, top left) and tap Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Read what will be removed, then tap Delete for ever.
- Sign in once more when asked. This is a security step — it proves it is really you, and not somebody who picked up your unlocked phone. If you cancel here, nothing is deleted.
That is all. Your account and its data are removed immediately, and your Google or Apple sign-in link to the App is removed with it.
2. Or ask us to delete it
If you have uninstalled the App, changed phone, or cannot sign in, email support@cdevitsol.shop from the email address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account. Tell us the display name or Roblox name you used, so we can find the right account.
We will confirm and delete it within 30 days, and usually much sooner. We may ask you one question to check the account is yours — we will never ask for your password, and you should never send it to anybody.
3. What is deleted
All of it, permanently:
- Your account: your display name, profile picture link, sign-in ID, and your verified Roblox name.
- Every trade you posted, and your record of trades you accepted.
- Your chats and every message in them, including offers.
- Your community posts, comments, likes and stories, and the pictures you uploaded with them.
- Your private inventory and your favourites.
- Your notifications and notification settings.
- Your registered devices, so the App stops sending you notifications.
- Your blocked list, and any reports you made about other users or listings.
- Your Google or Apple sign-in link to the App.
This cannot be undone. Once deleted, neither you nor we can bring any of it back. Signing in again afterwards creates a brand-new, empty account.
4. What is kept, and why

5. Your Roblox and Google accounts are not touched
Deleting your Fisch Values Calculator account affects this App only. Your Roblox account, your items in the game, and your Google or Apple account are all completely unaffected — we have no access to any of them and never did.
If you also want to remove the App's permission from your Google or Apple account, you can do that yourself: for Google, visit myaccount.google.com/connections; for Apple, go to your Apple ID settings, then Sign in with Apple.
