Privacy Policy for Fisch Values

Effective date: 16 September 2026  ·  Last updated: 16 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Fisch Values mobile app (for Android and iOS) and its online services (together, the "App") collect, how we use it, who can see it, and the choices you have. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean the team that runs Fisch Values.

Fisch Values is an unofficial, fan-made companion app for the Roblox game Fisch. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the developers of Fisch.

The short version

  • You can browse item values, use the calculator and read trades without an account.
  • If you sign in (with Google or Apple), we keep a small profile: your name, profile picture and a sign-in ID. We do not store your email address in our own database.
  • Things you post for others — trades, community posts, comments, stories, scam reports — are visible to other users. Chats are visible to you and the person you are chatting with.
  • Your inventory, favourites and notifications are private to you.
  • We use Google Firebase for sign-in, notifications, usage analytics and crash reports. Analytics and crash reports are always on, and the App has no setting to turn them off — see section 8.
  • We do not sell your information, and there is no advertising in the App.
  • You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing support@cdevitsol.shop.

1. Information we collect

1.1 When you use the App without signing in

  • Usage and crash information (always collected — see section 8). For example: which screens you open, items you view, that you ran a search (only how long the search was and how many results it found — never the words you typed), filters and categories you pick, theme changes, whether you turned notifications on or off, signing in and out, and trade activity (the trade type, how many items were on each side and whether it scored as a win, loss or fair — not which items). When you are signed in, these events are linked to your Fisch Values user ID (never your name or email). It also includes technical details such as your device model, operating system, app version, language, an app-instance identifier, and an approximate location (country or region) that Google works out from your IP address. If the App crashes, a crash report records what went wrong and which screen you were on.
  • Notification token. If you allow notifications, your device gets a push token from Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (and Apple on iOS). We store that token with your platform (Android or iOS) so we can send value-update notifications.
  • Network information. Like every online service, our servers (hosted by Cloudflare) receive your IP address with each request. We use it to limit how many requests one connection can make, to protect the service from abuse, and in short-lived technical logs used to fix problems. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
  • Information stored on your device. To make the App fast and usable offline, it keeps a copy of the item catalogue, recent server responses, your settings (such as theme and notification choices) and, if you are signed in, a copy of your profile on your own device. This stays on your device and is removed if you uninstall the App.

1.2 When you sign in

Signing in is needed to post trades, chat, make offers, post in the community, add stories, report scammers, and keep an inventory or favourites. You can sign in with Google or, where available, Apple. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication.

  • From your sign-in provider we receive: your name as shown on that account, your profile picture (if you have one), and a unique sign-in ID.
  • Email address: Google Firebase Authentication keeps the email address linked to your Google or Apple account as part of your sign-in record. Our own database does not store your email, and we do not show it to other users or use it for marketing. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email", Apple gives us a private relay address instead.
  • Account record: we create a Fisch Values user ID for you and store your display name, profile picture link, whether your Roblox name is verified, and when your account was created and last updated.

1.3 Roblox username verification (optional)

You can prove which Roblox account you trade under. If you choose to:

  • You type your Roblox username. We look it up using Roblox's public web services to get your Roblox user ID, username and display name.
  • We give you a short code to paste into the "About" section of your Roblox profile. When you tap "Check", our server reads your public Roblox About text once to look for that code. We do not keep a copy of your About text. You can remove the code from your profile once you are verified.
  • We keep the verification code, the number of attempts, its status and expiry time, and — once verified — your Roblox user ID, username and Roblox avatar picture link.
  • After verification, your Roblox username and avatar are shown as your trading name across the App, with a verified tick.

1.4 Content you create

  • Trades: the items and quantities you offer and want, any Sheckles (S$) amounts, notes and tags, the listing type, and the trade's status (open, accepted, completed, failed, cancelled). If you accept someone's trade, we record that you accepted it and when.
  • Chats and offers: messages you send, offers you make inside a chat (items, amounts, notes) and how they were answered, when messages were read, and trade updates shown in the chat. We also record who started a conversation.
  • Community: posts (type, text, optional picture, tagged items), comments, and likes.
  • Stories: the picture and/or text you post, tagged items, and who has viewed your story.
  • Scammer reports: the Roblox username you report, your written account of what happened, up to four screenshots, and any linked trade or chat.
  • Other reports: when you report a trader, listing, post or message, we store the reason, any details you add, and what you reported.
  • Blocks: the list of users you have blocked.
  • Pictures you upload: the image file itself, who uploaded it, and what it was for (a post, a story or evidence). The App only opens your photo library when you choose to pick a picture, and only reads the pictures you select.

1.5 Private lists and settings

  • Inventory: the items and quantities you say you own.
  • Favourites: the items you have hearted.
  • Notifications: your in-app notification list, whether each one has been read, and your notification settings.

1.6 Activity information

  • Last seen: when you last used chat, so your chat partners can see "Online" or "Active 5m ago".
  • Trading record: counts worked out from your trades — trades posted, completed and the total value traded — used for the leaderboard and your trader profile.
  • Usage limits: we count certain actions in the last 24 hours (for example trades posted, trades accepted, new chats started, posts, comments, reports and uploads) to prevent spam and abuse.

1.7 Information we do not collect

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, phone number, microphone or camera recordings, payment details, or your Roblox password. We will never ask for your Roblox password — if anyone does, it is a scam.

2. How we use your information

  • To run the App: show item values and history, keep your account signed in, post and display trades, deliver chats, offers, community posts and stories, and keep your inventory and favourites.
  • To send notifications you have allowed: value-update summaries, changes to your favourite items, trade activity (accepted, cancelled, completed, failed, offers), new messages, likes and comments on your posts, and notices when a post is removed. You can turn all notifications on or off in Settings → Notifications.
  • To keep traders safe: verify Roblox names, show scam warnings, filter abusive language, apply usage limits, act on reports, and let you block people.
  • To improve the App: understand which features are used and fix crashes and bugs, using analytics and crash reports.
  • To communicate with you: reply when you contact us, and handle privacy or deletion requests.
  • To comply with the law and to protect our rights, our users and the public.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or a similar jurisdiction, we rely on these legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the features you ask for), legitimate interests (keeping the service secure, preventing scams and abuse, and improving the App — which you can object to by emailing us), consent (push notifications and photo access, which you can withdraw in your device settings), and legal obligation where it applies.

3. Who can see what

Please think before you post: anything marked "Everyone" below can be seen by anyone using the App, including people who are not signed in, and by anyone who opens a share link.

Screenshots in scammer reports are public. Before uploading, cover or crop out anything personal — yours or anyone else's — such as real names, email addresses, phone numbers, faces or other social media accounts.

4. Safety features and automated checks

  • Language filter: chat messages, offer notes, trade notes and scammer-report stories are checked automatically for abusive or inappropriate language. Text that fails the check is not sent or saved.
  • Scam warnings: if a Roblox username has scammer reports against it and that name is verified to a Fisch Values account, a warning with the number of reports appears on that account's trades and chats. Reports are written by users and are not checked or confirmed by us. A warning is not proof that someone is a scammer.
  • Community removal: if a community post is reported by 10 different users, it is removed automatically and its author is notified.
  • Usage limits: there are limits on how often certain actions can be done, to stop spam.
  • Blocking: when you block someone, neither of you can message the other, and their trades are hidden from your feed.

None of these checks produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. If you think something was removed or flagged unfairly, contact us.

5. Service providers we use

We use trusted companies to run the App. They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy and security terms:

ProviderWhat they do for usPrivacy policy
Google — Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-InSigning you inpolicies.google.com/privacy

Roblox — public web servicesLooking up Roblox usernames and avatars, and reading your public About text during verificationRoblox Privacy Policy

Item values shown in the App are gathered from public community sources about the game. That data is about in-game items, not about you.

6. When we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We only share information:

  • with other users, as described in section 3;
  • with the service providers in section 5, so they can run the App for us;
  • if the law requires it, or to respond to a valid legal request;
  • to investigate or prevent fraud, scams, threats to safety, or breaches of our rules;
  • as part of a sale, merger or transfer of the App, in which case this policy will continue to protect your information and we will tell you about any change;
  • with your permission.

7. How long we keep information

  • Account, profile and Roblox verification: while your account exists. Unfinished verification codes expire after 24 hours.
  • Trades: while your account exists, so that trade history and the leaderboard stay accurate.
  • Chats: while the account exists. "Clear" and "Delete" in a chat hide the messages for you only — the other person keeps their copy, and the messages stay on our servers so that both people's view of the chat stays correct.
  • Community posts and comments: until you (or, for comments on your post, the post's author) delete them, they are removed after reports, or your account is deleted.
  • Stories: removed from the App 24 hours after posting, or earlier if you delete them; the list of viewers is deleted with the story. The story's picture file may stay in our storage after that, and is deleted when you ask us to delete your data.
  • Scammer reports: until you withdraw them, or we remove them.
  • Other reports and blocks: while your account exists.
  • Inventory, favourites and notifications: until you remove them or your account is deleted.
  • Notification tokens: until the token stops working, you uninstall the App, or you delete your account.
  • Analytics data: kept by Google for up to 14 months. Crash reports: kept by Google for about 90 days.
  • Server logs: kept only briefly for troubleshooting, normally no more than a few days.

We may keep some information longer if the law requires it, or where it is needed to deal with a scam, safety issue or legal claim.

8. Your choices and controls

  • Analytics and crash reports: these are always on, and the App does not offer a setting to turn them off. Uninstalling the App stops any further collection from your device. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and want to object to this processing, or you want the data we hold deleted, email us at support@cdevitsol.shop.
  • Notifications: turn them all on or off with the single switch in Settings → Notifications, or turn off notifications for the App in your phone's settings.
  • Photos: the App only asks for photo access when you choose to add a picture. You can change this in your phone's settings.
  • Your content: you can delete your trades, community posts, comments and stories, remove likes, and withdraw your scammer reports inside the App.
  • Blocking and reporting: block or report anyone from their chat, trade or post.
  • Roblox verification: it is optional. You can use most of the App without it.
  • Guest use: you can browse values, use the calculator, and read trades, community posts and the scammer database without signing in.
  • Sign out: signing out removes your private trade lists and profile copy from the device, and stops account notifications on that device.

9. Deleting your account and data

You can ask us to delete your Fisch Values account and personal data at any time. Email support@cdevitsol.shop with the subject "Delete my Fisch Values account" and include your trading name (and Roblox username, if verified). To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm the request from inside the App or from the email linked to your sign-in.

We will complete your request within 30 days. When your account is deleted we delete or permanently anonymise:

  • your profile, name, profile picture and Roblox verification;
  • your inventory, favourites, notifications, notification settings and device tokens;
  • your community posts, comments, likes, stories and uploaded pictures;
  • your scammer reports and other reports;
  • your trades and chat messages, or they are anonymised so they can no longer be linked to you.

We may keep a limited record where the law requires it or where it is needed to prevent fraud or abuse (for example, to stop a banned person from immediately creating a new account). Deleting the App from your phone does not delete your account.

You can also delete the Google or Apple sign-in link: for Google, visit myaccount.google.com/connections; for Apple, go to your Apple ID settings → Sign in with Apple.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your information;
  • restrict or object to certain uses, including analytics;
  • data portability — receive your information in a common format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent;
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

California and other US state residents: we do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. You have the right to know, delete and correct your information, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.

To use any of these rights, email support@cdevitsol.shop. We will reply within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires.

11. Children

Fisch Values is not intended for children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old — or the minimum age required to consent to data processing in your country, if that is higher (for example, up to 16 in some EU countries) — to create an account. If you are under 18, please use the App with a parent's or guardian's permission.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account or given us personal information, contact support@cdevitsol.shop and we will delete it.

Safety reminder for all traders: trades happen inside the Roblox game, not in this App. Never share your password, email, phone number, home address, school or other personal details with anyone in chat.

12. Security

We protect your information with measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all communication with our servers, checking sign-in tokens on the server, checking on the server that only the right people can read private data (such as chats and inventories), and access limits and rate limiting on our services. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a data breach that affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

13. International transfers

Our service providers (Google, Apple and Cloudflare) run servers in many countries, including the United States. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where required, these transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses provided by those companies.

When you share a trade, item, post or scammer entry, the App creates a web link. Anyone with the link can open a preview page showing that public content, and open it in the App. Only share what you are happy for others to see.

The App may link to other websites and services, such as Roblox. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please read their policies.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App changes or the law requires. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top, and if the changes are significant we will let you know in the App before they take effect. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the updated policy.
